This is a classic nineteenth century cottage in the heart of the campground.  It has four bedrooms, one bath, and separate kitchen, dining and living rooms.  The second floor is brightened by skylights and dormers and opens to balconies front and back.  Among the many traditional details are a wrap-around porch, extensive gingerbread trim, and stained glass and arched bay windows.  Extensive foundation plantings provide shade and privacy.

Front parlor/living room has many arch topped windows, a bay window alcove and double doors to a wrap-around porch; separate dining room; small but functional kitchen; bath has adjoining shower room, both with stained glass windows from a mainland church.  There is a small, more private deck off the kitchen.

Four bedrooms; master has traditional arched double doors opening on a balcony; rear bedroom has a smaller balcony; two shed dormers and two skylights brighten the space.  Two smaller bedrooms open off the hall which has many storage areas in lieu of closets.
