Tucked in the woods, this unit enjoys a great deal of privacy and a quiet location.  It is a short walk to all the  Mattakesett amenities which include a playground, basketball courts, tennis and fitness center as well as pool. Mattakesett also has several children's programs that are available to home-owners, including lessons, camps & babysitters. The property has always been used by the owners for the summer season, however it can be rented through the Mattakesett Resort which manages and provide successful rentals.
