This level also has an exercise area with free weights and yoga space. Laundry facilities are located on this level. Owner has deeded beach rights to Lagoon beach just a very short walk from the house. This waterfront area as seen in the photos provides the perfect spot to launch a kayak for a scenic tour of the lagoon. There is also open access to the ocean for kayak enthusiasts. The small beach area is a great play spot for young children when it is not quite time to venture to one of the pristine public beaches.
