Mink Meadow Guest Cottage, Overlooks Golf Course, Walk to Beach 5 min walk from House, Mink Meadows Golf Course, 1 mile to Clubhouse

Cozy guest cottage with designer touches throughout. As the guest cottage to the main house, this adorable cottage is private from the main house and has its own drive and parking.  Situated overlooking the Mink Meadows golf course in a lovely private community.  Walk to the beach on the North Shore,- calm water swimming, no parking access at this beach area.  Mink Meadows public golf course is just a mile from the house and you never have to leave the community. 

The main living, kitchen, and dining area open to a spacious deck with an enclosed outside shower, patio dining, and grilling area. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofa seating around the TV area.  

This tiny gem has two bedrooms with the 2nd accessible via the winding staircase (please note stairs not suitable for young children under 8-10).  The first level bedroom has a double bedroom and a combination bath and laundry area across the hall.  The 2nd level bedroom has 2 single beds. 

 

Note:  Beach Access from cottage.

Walk straight out of the driveway to Rachel's way (straight ahead) to beach (5 minute walk)  no parking.  At end of Rachel's way is a board walk to the beach. This beach is just left of the association beach but does not have picnic tables. Free access, no gate. Beach with picnic tables is private association please do not use.
