There are two bedrooms on the first level, one with private bath.  The double guest bedroom is three steps down off of the dining area and has its own entrance to the outside.  An open concept entrance to this room.  Owner provides a room divider at the top of the stairs for privacy.  The romantic master bedroom is on the 2nd level and has its own separate office/computer room as well as a sitting area.

The exterior deck and screened porch area are as inviting as the interior of this delightful home.  The screened porch with large dining table for 6 overlooks the dappled woods of Brightwood Park conservation area.  The porch has outdoor lighting and is decorated for summer enjoyment.  The large wrap around deck just off of the porch also has an outdoor dining table and patio umbrella.  Just off of the deck and porch is an outdoor fireplace as well as a top quality outdoor ping pong table.

Owner maintains a mooring on the lagoon, the owner says distance is 367 man steps from the house or a 6 minute walk down a wooded Sheriffs Meadow Foundation Trail which brings you to the lagoon where steps bring you down to the shoreline. The owners mooring is about 50 yards off shore and can accomodate a boat up to 25 feet.

This wonderful summer offering is perfect for families of 2 to 6 people.  One word of caution, the deck is not child proof and there is a 2 foot drop to the ground, families with very young children please do have a look at the photos. The screened porch can be locked assuring little ones do not have access to the deck.  

PLEASE NOTE: Single grounds keeper/handy man intermittently stays in the cottage outside the fenced in home to care for flower gardens, vegetable gardens, bird feeders and to maintain property for renters comfort.
