Perfect for extended families looking to spend vacation time together while enjoying expansive living space on two levels. The access stairs to the 2nd level are just a couple of steps across the porch from the 1st level (no direct access between floors from the interior).

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 on the 1st level and 3 on the 2nd level. The larger of the two dining and living areas is located on the 2nd level and the dining area will host a family of 8 for dinner. The two kitchens have been completely renovated and outfitted with stainless steel appliances.

Entertainment includes two full 3D HD TV's with built in wifi and 3D blue ray players. A large wrap around porch lined with rockers and an area for outdoor dining is a highlight of this summer residence.

Guests will enjoy the short stroll to town center with shops, fine and family dining, library, grocer, historic Flying Horses Carousel and the Oak Bluffs harborfront. Famous Inkwell Beach is just a skip from the house.

This lovely Victorian has no formal heating system but does have a heat pump on the 2nd level for guest comfort should there be cool weather.
