The main living level is an open concept featuring a chef's kitchen and dining area which opens to the screened porch with an outdoor living area and overlooks the pool and patio. The main living level also hosts a beautiful and spacious living room, comfortably furnished with a TV viewing area. The main level is completed by a lovely and peaceful Primary Bedroom en suite, with TV, and glass sliders leading to a deck that adjoins the screened porch. There is an additional powder room on the main living level. 

Three lovely additional guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, one bedroom with a king bed & TV,  one bedroom with a queen bed & TV, and one bedroom with 2 singles.  There is one full bath on this level.

Additional sleeping is available in Bedroom 5 on the lower level.  This room is set up with 2 sets of bunk beds ( linens provided to sleep just the two lower beds, the owner does not allow rental guests to use the two top bunks) and a TV viewing area ( see photos). Only the lower bunk bed from each bunk set will be made up for sleeping. Bath #3 with glass front walk-in shower is located on the lower level. The laundry center is also located in a separate room on this level. 

For your enjoyment: Mini Split AC unit in Main Living area, Primary Bedroom, Central AC in the main part of the house and 2nd level, (lower level does not have AC but remains comfortable throughout the summer and has a dehumidification system),  WiFi, 5 TVs', gas grill, enclosed outside shower, screened porch with outdoor living and dining area. 

Association community tennis courts are just a short walk from this vacation home.
