This 4000 sq. ft. home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a spacious main living area framed with walls of glass opening to the wraparound deck,  a large open living kitchen, and a dining area on the 2nd level opening to the wrap-around deck and the spectacular views.  There is an additional large family room with a media area and a 65” TV  on the lower level. This level again has beautiful water views. Walls of glass sliders lead out to the beach, dock, and bluestone patio areas. 

The chef’s kitchen features high-end cabinetry and Viking appliances and a large center prep island with a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining area boasts nothing but water views and the dining table seats 10. The views from within and from the decks and patio are magnificent and peaceful. Enjoy water activities right off of your private dock and beach area including swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding or just relaxing. Evenings under the stars on the patio and decks.

There are 6 bedrooms on three levels. The privately situated Primary Bedroom en suite with a king bed is located on the main living level,  and features sliders to a private deck from which to enjoy the lagoon views. The primary spa bath features dual vanities, an all-glass step-in shower, and a soaking tub.  Just outside of the primary bedroom is an office area from which to get a little work done while enjoying the spectacular view of the lagoon.

The 2nd guest primary with a queen bed is also en suite and located on the first level.  The 2nd level has three bedrooms all beautifully decorated, two with two single beds each and the 3rd a queen bed. These rooms share a hall bath. This level also has a small cove with a TV.  

Bedroom 6 is located on the lower walk-out entertainment level, has French doors for privacy, and uses the full bath located on this level. 

This perfect vacation home is set on a quiet finger peninsula on the Lagoon. Just a 15-minute walk to the business district and Main St with boutique shops, galleries, eateries, ice cream shops. 

Note:  For your Enjoyment:  AC throughout, 6 TVs, patio & deck furniture, outdoor dining at deck level and at beach level on the expansive bluestone patio, gas grill, and fire pit ( renters supply own firewood)   All new outdoor enclosed shower at the beach level, perfect for all to rinse the sand before entering the house. 

Note: Private Beach area is to either side of the Dock and in total 85' The sandy peninsula stretching into the lagoon is privately owned.

Please also note that use of the dock for boats is with owner approval and requires a separate addendum. Please inquire with agent for details if you wish to bring a boat.
