The Captain Morse House, at the corner of Morse and North Water streets, is one of Edgartown's finest rental homes. This renovated and exquisitely detailed home is perfect for your dream Martha's Vineyard vacation and a superb example of the grand homes built by the New England Whaling Captains.

The home features eleven bedrooms and seven full baths on three floors, a formal living room and dining room, a family room, a game room, and two new gourmet kitchens all tastefully decorated with period furnishings and artwork. Current accommodations are for 23 people in 14 beds. There are 3 queens and two California twins that can be converted to king beds.

Outside of the home on the North Water Street side, facing the water, are two spacious porches with partial water views of Edgartown Harbor and the Chappy Ferry. The harbor and Morse Street dock is just down the street. The backyard is one of Edgartown's largest and features a spacious bricked patio where you can enjoy a barbecue, croquet and other lawn games. There is off street parking for three cars (one large and 2-3 small).
