All of this is within 1 to 2 miles of the house. This charming home is accented with gorgeous art work and wonderful use of color throughout the house. There is a newly remodeled kitchen with breakfast nook which opens to the sun porch. The large open living dining area and sun porch provide great spaces for families to gather or to just curl up and enjoy a good book. Stroll 10 minutes or drive 3 minutes and you have reached a truly gorgeous stretch of private beach. Tennis courts are on the property, while not Wimbledon courts one can play a respectable game of tennis. There is an indivual caretaker on the property in the cottage.
