Hidden Cove Summer Retreat, Newly Updated, Association Tennis Courts, Bike Paths at Entrance to Neighborhood, Multiple Beaches Near By

Summer Dream offers the opportunity for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful environment. This 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home has a beautiful new kitchen and new living room furnishings including a 56" LED television.

Summer Dream is in the lovely Hidden Cove neighborhood adjacent to Sengekontacket Pond and provides easy access to the town centers of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven. The neighborhood is right on the bike path. Numerous beaches are a short drive away.

The main living level features an open floor plan in the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Glass sliders in the living room area open to the large summer deck which runs the full width of the house, has comfortable patio seating, outdoor dining and grill area. This shady oasis is a favorite for dining and relaxing and is very private from the other homes in the neighborhood.  

The well-supplied kitchen features all new quartz counters and stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. Dining for 8 is adjacent to the kitchen and is open to the living room, creating a great space for families to gather.  

The Primary Bedroom is located on the upper level, has a private bath, and TV, and opens to its own upper-level deck. There are three guest bedrooms on the lower level ( 2 with TV) sharing a bath and there is a half bath on the main living level. An additional enclosed outside shower is located at one end of the large deck.  

Association tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk from the house. Bike paths connect to towns and miles of touring trails and are located just across the road from the main entrance to Hidden Cove.  An Association Dock on Sengkontacket pond is an 8-minute walk from the house.   Kayaking on Sengekontacket is fantastic. Kayaks cannot be stored at the waterfront but can be carried down the access to the pond, and dropped off at head of the access, and carried to the waterfront. Kayaks need to be stored at the home when not in use.  Kayak rentals are available for delivery weekly, inquire with agent for Kayak rental companies.
