Stately Historic Chilmark Home, All Newly updated to Luxury Standards, Private Association South Shore Beach Rights, Hancock Beach 1.5 miles from House

Tenants also have access to Chilmark town beaches—Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket.  Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and coolers are all provided.
