Stunning tri-level vacation home bordered by professionally landscaped grounds with Gunite pool, located in a quiet Katama neighborhood, walk or bike to South Beach. This spacious home is perfect for extended families and features multiple living areas on both the first and second levels.

Chef's kitchen on the second level with prep island/breakfast bar and stainless appliances.  The dining area adjacent to the kitchen opens to a spacious 2nd level deck with additional outdoor dining and distant water views. The open living area on this level has several seating arrangements, large windows, and glass doors opening to the deck. House is equipped with Sonos for your enjoyment. 

The third level hosts the Primary Bedroom with a propane fireplace,  TV, and  Jacuzzi bath, with a walk-in shower, and opens to a private deck. 

The entry/ground level features a large family room with a TV, additional prep kitchen, refrigerator, two-burner cooktop. The wall of glass across this entire area looks out onto the yard and pool. In addition, this level has 3 bedrooms, 2 sharing a Jack and Jill bath, one bedroom has a King bed and the other has two sets of bunk beds. There is an additional King bedroom on this level with a bath located in the hallway.  

The lower level just steps down from the entry-level family room hosts a TV area with 2 single sleep sofas and an alcove with 2 single beds, a great area for teens and children.

This lovely home is perfect for extended families and families vacationing together.  South Beach a 1/2 mile from the house and Edgartown Village with its shops, fine and family dining establishments, movie theater, historic whaling homes, galleries, and the picturesque harbor is just a short distance from the house.  Bike paths at the end of the road leading to beach and town.

Note: Owner provides 8 Beach Chairs. The pool is 5' 6"  deep in the middle and becomes more shallow towards both ends.
