Charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath traditional summer cottage. Enjoy this impeccably maintained summer home surrounded by a mature landscaped yard with lots of flowering shrubbery. A large deck offers privacy and a wonderful setting for those summer barbeques.

A modern well equipped kitchen opens to the large dining room, a sun porch type setting. The first level also features a comfortable living room with flat screen TV accented with fine country antiques, all tastefully selected and placed. The master bedroom and en-suite is also located on the first level and is equipped with room A/C. Three additional nicely sized bedrooms and 1 full bath are located on the 2nd level. Each bedroom has room A/C. The third bath is located on the first level just off of the kitchen and laundry room area.

Walk or drive into Menemsha Fishing Village for a day at Menemsha Beach, a favorite with families. The fishing village area has eateries (lunch to fine shore dining), 2 fish markets, gift shop and small selection of clothing boutiques. The wharf is a always a point of interest for families and one can charter a fishing boat right at the dock. For those loving the Atlantic surf a 5 to 10 minute drive will bring you to Lucy Vincent or Squibnocket Beaches. Beach passes available at the town hall for both beaches.
