Charming Water View Home, Immaculate Beachy Interior, Spacious Shady Deck from which to Enjoy the Views

Located just on the outskirts of Oak Bluffs and overlooking the lagoon, this sweet summer home offers walking access to the lagoon for morning swims and is a great area for kayak enthusiasts. 

The sun-filled interior features an open living kitchen and dining area with a wall of glass that opens onto the large shady deck area with dining and seating areas. Beautiful views of the lagoon are enjoyed from the living area and the deck. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and meal preparation. The laundry center is located on the first level.

Bedrooms include a private primary with bath on the 2nd level and 2 lovely first level guest bedrooms, sharing a hall bath. Each bedroom has a window AC unit and sheets and towels are included with this rental. 

Oak Bluffs town center, harbor area, parks, and Inkwell Beach are just 3 miles from the house. The central location is perfect with just a short drive to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven village areas. Multiple public beaches on both the South Shore and North Shores range from 3 to 8 miles from the house.
