Cozy Cape nestled on a quiet street just on the outskirts of Edgartown. This lovely home features multiple living spaces including a fully furnished screened porch overlooking the private expansive yard.  Dine on the large screened porch or just relax in the lounge area grouping.  The village center is just 1 mile from the house and both South Beach and State Beach are just a short drive from this location.

The main living level hosts a family room with a TV, dining area that seats six with french doors opening to the screened porch. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and a breakfast bar area. There is also a door from the kitchen area opening to the porch. Just off of the kitchen are the first-level bath with a shower area and a laundry center.  Completing the first level is one of three bedrooms hosting a Queen Bed.

The 2nd level hosts a loft sitting area with a desk area, TV, seating, and a single bed for overflow sleeping. Two bedrooms on the 2nd level each have a Queen bed and there is a shared bath on the 2nd level with a shower/tub.

AC for your comfort includes rolling AC units in the main living area and 1st level bedroom and window AC units in two of the bedrooms.

Note: Owner supplies blankets, quilts, and pillows. Renters need to bring their own linens and towels or rent from one of the linen rental companies that deliver to the home.
