Cozy updated cottage, perfect for socializing and enjoying the outdoors.Situated on a quiet street just on the outskirts of the village area with Mink Meadow Public Golf Course close by. Vineyard Haven town center is just under a mile from this location, and multiple public beaches are within a 10 to 15-minute drive. 

The open floor plan features sofa seating centered around the media area, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, french door refrigerator, farm sink, and quartz counters. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has glass sliders that open up to a spacious deck with outdoor dining and grill area, perfect for enjoying meals while overlooking the lovely yard.

The first-level bedroom features bunk beds with a single bed over a double bed, as well as a private bath with a glass shower. The second level is home to the primary bedroom, which features a comfortable queen bed and a TV, and the guest bedroom, which has a queen bed and a single bed. Both of these bedrooms share an updated hall bathroom, which is equipped with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in glass shower.
