This area opens via French doors to a spacious 2nd level deck with gorgeous meadow view across Sherriff’s Meadow Conservation land and pretty and expansive distant water views.  There is a bar and table seating for 10 on the deck.  Two additional bedrooms on this level include the Primary Bedroom with a King Bed en suite, and a guest bedroom with two singles also en suite.

The main house opens at one end directly to the pool and patio areas.  The opposite end of the pool hosts the 2 bedroom guest house.  The entire property has lushly landscaped grounds, an expansive lawn area and even a half basketball court discreetly tucked to one side of the yard. Walking trails lead directly from the property to conservation land

Guests and family members have their own two-story guest house with a spacious 1st level open living area, vaulted ceiling, TV, dining & Kitchen. Two additional guest bedrooms are on the 2nd level of the guest house and each is en-suite.

Walk to picturesque Edgartown Village down tree-lined streets to waterfront and gourmet restaurants, unique shops, galleries, entertainment. Visit the Edgartown Lighthouse and Gorgeous Harbor front areas. Edgartown is home to beautiful South Beach but it does not stop there, State Beach on the north shore is a favorite with those who like calmer ocean waters. Both beaches are approximately a 10-minute drive from the house. One can also walk to Fuller St and Light House beaches from this stately residence.
