Modern, spacious recently updated vacation home with a heated pool tucked on 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds provides an ideal setting for families and friends to enjoy their time together. The spacious deck overlooks with outdoor dining overlooks the pool, pool patio, and yard areas adding an extra touch of relaxation to the experience. Whether it's swimming and sunbathing by the pool, enjoying outdoor meals on the deck, or simply appreciating the scenic surroundings, this 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home is sure to leave guests with lasting memories. The large yard also includes a Koi Pond as seen in the photos with a waterfall.  Parents need to be aware that young children do have access to the Koi Pond. 

Multiple living spaces within the house include the beautifully furnished  The interior of this home has been meticulously decorated to assure rental guests are not only comfortable but enjoy all the home has to offer. 4 nicely spaced bedrooms!  Primary Bedroom with a King Bed, TV, private bath, and glass sliders open to the deck area.  Three additional guest bedrooms on the main level include two guest bedrooms each with 2 single beds and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed.  There is overflow sleep space just off of the hall with a single bed and desk area. 

This lovely home is centrally located in the outskirts of Oak Bluffs just a short drive to the village center, public beaches, and Edgartown and Vineyard Haven village centers.
