Set on a large lot the home features a spacious back deck where families can dine alfresco in privacy overlooking the landscaped yard and lawn area.  The location of this home set equidistance ( approximately 1.5 mi) between South Beach and Edgartown Village and with bike paths at the end of the street make this a perfect vacation location. 

This lovely home has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the first level and 2 on the 2nd level. There is a spacious bath on each level shared by the bedrooms. The main living level hosts multiple living spaces. Hardwood floors throughout, bead board, shiplap, and a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen area add coastal charm. A sitting area in the central part of the home is open to the dining area and spacious kitchen with counter seating.  The dining area seats 6 and opens to the large deck with patio dining, grill area, and outside enclosed shower.
