This charming, updated cottage is located on Chilmark's iconic north shore with views of Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands.  Take in spectacular sunset water views from the 40-foot deck or follow the path from the backyard down to 3/4 of a mile of private association waterfront on Vineyard Sound and set up your beach chairs for a truly remarkable sunset experience. The beach can be rocky or sandy depending on spring storms but it is a great area to view the magnificent sunsets and to swim.  Enjoy miles of walking trails and access to two association tennis courts nearby the house. 

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, it comfortably sleeps 8.  Air conditioning, high-speed internet, and access to Chilmark's famous private beaches (Lucy Vincent, Squibnocket, and Menemsha Beach) make this home an ideal destination for your next vacation!

This charming home is impeccably maintained and features light-filled open living, dining, and kitchen areas. A wall of glass sliders opens to the expansive deck with patio dining and grill area. 

The kitchen is very well supplied for meal prep and families and guests can dine in or alfresco on the large deck. 

Bedrooms included two on the main level, the primary with a King bed and a guest bedroom with a double and they share the first level bath. The 2nd level hosts two guest bedrooms each with 2 single beds and sharing the 2nd level bath. Additional shower area in the outside enclosed shower, a favorite feature of seasoned visitors.
