Upon entering your vacation rental retreat you will immediately be taken by the abundance of light and the custom woodwork and flooring throughout this stylish modern home. The most noticeable is the Judges Paneling in the foyer and the Coffered Ceiling in the main 1st level living area, the use of shiplap in many areas of the home adds warmth and charm. The attention to detail in this finely crafted home blends perfectly with the professional designer décor. Custom lighting throughout lends ambiance to the overall design.  There are multiple living areas assuring families and guests time together or to enjoy a little quiet time if desired to read a book or watch a movie, - The spacious main living area is focused around a media center with sofa and chair seating, a study just to one side of the dining area closes off with custom barn sliding doors and features a desk, built-in shelving, TV, and a sofa, The lower level media/game room hosts a large screen TV, sectional sofa seating, game table, air hockey, and a powder room.

The custom Chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances with Viking Stove and Refrigerator, Bosch Dishwasher, a Farmers Sink,  a Wine Cooler, and Quartz Counters. There are two islands.  The first features a prep sink, the 2nd has a breakfast bar that seats three. There is an additional breakfast table that seats four in the area that separates the kitchen from the main living area, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open to the deck, and the outdoor dining area.  On the opposite side of the kitchen, a spacious dining area seats eight.  Completing the first level and discreetly tucked off the hall area is a full bath and a separate laundry center.

The 2nd level in the central part of the home hosts two bedrooms each ensuite and a bedroom that shares a hall bath with the loft bedroom. The Primary Bedroom on the left wing of the 2nd level is a private oasis with King Bed, TV, Fireplace, Private Balcony, and a large Spa-like Tile Bath,  with double vanity, a large walk-in glass shower, and a free-standing tub.  The 2nd ensuite Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Spacious Bath with dual vanity, and a TV.  Bedroom 3 with a King Bed and TV is nicely separated from Bedroom Suite 2 by a sitting area.  There is a spiral staircase located to one end of the sitting area that leads to a nice-size Loft Bedroom with 2 Single Beds and a small sitting area. There is a hall bath on the 2nd level shared by Bedroom 3 and the loft area.

Additional overflow sleep space above the carriage house features an open living area with TV, sofa and chair seating, table & chairs, desk area, and a King bed tucked in an Alcove and a half bath. This area can be accessed via the garage and from the yard area via private stairs.

You may never wish to venture far from your vacation home but when you do, Edgartown Village Center with boutique shops, galleries, and fine and casual dining is just 2 miles. You will want to make Morning Glory Farm a regular stop just 1 mile from the house where you will find fresh farm produce, an outstanding variety of fresh-baked bread and desserts, gorgeous flower bouquets, and morning coffee.  Beaches both on the North and South Shores are just a short drive from this lovely home.
