Centrally located in the most desirable area of Major’s Cove, just a short drive to town centers, Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, or Vineyard Haven.  Multiple Public Beaches are just a 10 to 15-minute drive from the house. Calm water swimming on the North Shore and surf beaches on the south shore. Kayaking is available on Sengekontacket pond and Kayaks can be dropped off and picked up at the parking area at the landing. Kayaks do have to be stored at the rental home. Kayaks are available for rent and are delivered to the rental home and picked up by rental companies.
