Adorable light-filled cottage, with modern furnishings, this lovely 2 bedroom home is situated on a large lot on a quiet street just on the outskirts of Vineyard Haven Center.  The home has a lovely enclosed backyard bordered by mature plantings for rental guests to enjoy while dining on the deck.

The main living area features modern decor, comfortable seating, and a TV.  Two bedrooms each with a TV are set just off of the living area and include the Primary Bedroom with a King bed and a guest bedroom with two single 

The petite country kitchen is well equipped for meal prep and has all newer stainless appliances and a breakfast nook that seats two. The pantry/laundry center is located to one end of the kitchen where small kitchen appliances are set up as seen in the photos. A door just off the kitchen leads out to the deck with a picnic table and gas grill. 

A 15-minute scenic walk to the center of town!
