The first level hosts, an open kitchen, living area with TV, and dining area, a bath, and the 1st level bedroom with a King Bed, tv, and mini split AC

The 2nd level hosts three bedrooms, each with window AC units, and sharing a hall bath.  An additional shower is located in the enclosed outside shower area located on the deck. 

The home is equipped with mini split AC units in the main living areas, and the first-level bedroom 

Bed pads, quilts, and pillows provided, renters need to bring their own sheets, towels, and beach towels, or they can be rented and delivered to the house by Martha's Linen Service.

Bike trails located just across the street from the entry to the area lead to miles of touring trails in one direction and to Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown Center in the opposite direction.
