The location is very central, as it is situated within an easy walk to downtown (1/2 mile), but even closer to several terrific island businesses along Upper Main St - Lucky Hanks, Stop&Shop, DQ, Edgartown Seafood, The Town Pub, Soigne Wine & Cheese, bike and kayak rental and several other great establishments. State Beach is only 1.5 miles away, while South Beach is less than 2.5 miles.
