Inside, the home showcases soaring ceilings and classic post-and-beam craftsmanship. The great room truly lives up to its name and serves as the heart of the home, with a comfortable living area, a spacious dining area that nicely separates the living and kitchen spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well-equipped and sure to please enthusiastic cooks, featuring high-end appliances, a center island with seating for four, along with a charming breakfast nook that also seats four with spectacular waterviews. 

The home is thoughtfully designed with east and west wings that provide privacy for the bedroom areas, as well as additional living space. In one wing, tucked behind the fireplace, the primary suite offers a king bed, a private bath with separate his-and-hers sides and a central shower area, and convenient access to a nearby office space with TV, Desk and sofa seating. Crossing the great room to the opposite wing, you will find the large family/TV room with direct access to the screened porch and deck areas, along with three guest bedrooms. A second primary guest room features a king bed and private bath, while two additional guest bedrooms are located down the hall and share a Jack-and-Jill bath.

Just a few steps from the main house, the first level of the carriage house offers a comfortable lounge area with sofa and chair seating, a TV, and a powder room. This space also includes a double sleep sofa, providing additional accommodations for guests who like a little more room. A Vineyard favorite,- an enclosed outside shower is tucked off one corner of the carriage house. 

This home is ideally located just 2.5 miles from the center of Oak Bluffs and Town Beaches.  Farm Neck Golf and Tennis is just over a mile from home. The towns of Vineyard Haven, & Edgartown, along with numerous public beaches, are a 15 to 20-minute drive from this location. 

Each town boasts its own unique characteristics with quaint town centers, a plethora of fine dining restaurants are located in each town, along with boutique shops, art galleries, and grocery stores.
