The main level offers an open-concept living space with comfortable seating arranged around the media area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for three, and an adjacent dining area with seating for six opens directly to the screened porch for easy indoor-outdoor living. Just off the kitchen, a hallway leads to the powder room, laundry area, and side entrance.

Completing the first floor is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and en-suite bath.

The second level features a bright and spacious media/family room filled with natural light. This level also includes Bedroom #2, with a queen bed, along with a full bath just outside the bedroom, featuring a quartz-top vanity and a tiled shower with rain head and handheld fixture.

The home is approximately a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Oak Bluffs, where you will find the harborfront, shops, restaurants, and the historic Flying Horses Carousel. Several north- and south-shore beaches are within 1–8 miles, including popular Inkwell Beach in the heart of town.
