Situated just on the outskirts of Oak Bluffs, this lovely new vacation home offers renters modern styling with multiple living spaces and all the conveniences renters look for in a vacation home. Outdoor highlights include a farmer's porch with porch swing, Adirondack chairs, and a private screened porch off the back of the house with an outdoor living room. The house is rimmed by nicely landscaped grounds and lawn area.

The main level features an open concept living area with comfortable seating around the media area.  The kitchen has a breakfast bar and the dining area, with seating for 6, opens to the screened porch. Just off the kitchen, a hall leads to the powder room, laundry area, and side entrance.

Completing the first level is the lovely primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, a queen bed, and a TV.

The 2nd level hosts a beautiful, light-filled, and spacious media/family room with a sleeping alcove where there is a  trundle bed ( 2 singles ). The guest primary with queen bed is located on the 2nd level and shares the large 2nd level bath featuring a large vanity with quartz countertops and a tile shower with a rain head plus a handheld.

Oak Bluffs village center is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the house. 1 to 8 miles to multiple beaches on both the north and south shores of the island, the closest being Inkwell Beach right in the center of town. The lively harborfront hosts a nice variety of waterside restaurants. While in town you will find all manners of shops, grocers, galleries, and a plethora of eating establishments. Young children are sure to enjoy the flying horses carousel and there is an arcade right in the center of town. The historic and storied town of Edgartown is but a 15-minute drive as is the town of Vineyard Haven.  Bike paths, trails, farmers markets, boat rentals, evening sails, and of course beach time abounds on the Vineyard.  Enjoy!!
