Enjoy sunny days by the private heated 14 x 30 pool, surrounded by a beautifully fenced yard for privacy. The expansive patio features outdoor dining, comfortable lounge seating, and chaise chairs, while the large lawn area is perfect for children to play.

Inside, the stunning Great Room boasts soaring two-story ceilings, a wall of windows, a gas fireplace, and oversized glass sliders that open directly to the pool and patio area. The living area hosts two distinct sitting areas, the first centered around the fireplace and the other with sofa seating around a media area. The lower-level media room adds even more space to gather, complete with a large sectional TV area, ping pong table, wet bar with beverage and wine fridge, dining table for six, a powder room, and an exercise area. 

The chef’s kitchen features a large prep island with breakfast bar seating for 5.   The 5-burner gas range is sure to please the cooks in the family.  The kitchen is open to the dining area that seats 10 and is flanked by glass sliders to the pool area.  The side entry opens to a mudroom with a half bath to one side and a laundry center just off the mudroom.

Bedrooms include the Primary Bedroom with a King Bed, TV,  and a spa-like bath with tub and walk-in glass shower.  A 2nd primary with Queen Bed, TV, and a deluxe bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower is located on the 2nd Level.  Two additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd level include a bedroom with two single Trundle Beds sleeping 4, and a 4th bedroom with a Queen. These two bedrooms share a large jack & jill bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. All beds have high-end organic, low-VOC mattresses!

Walk to Edgartown village center with boutique shopping, fine and family dining, gourmet food shops, movie theatre, fine art galleries, and restaurants overlooking the harbor. South Beach is just a 5-minute drive from this home, and State Beach on the north shore with calm water is a 10-minute drive from the house.
