Stunning New Home with Heated Pool. Walk to Edgartown Village Center, 5 Minute Drive to Beach

Outstanding Luxury Home with multiple living spaces both indoor and outdoor. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 10.  Heated pool, large patio with outdoor dining and living area, and chaise lounge chairs (patio furniture not seen in the photos). The pool and yard area are fenced for privacy and there is a large lawn area perfect for children. Ideally located just a short walk from the village area with shops, dining, galleries, and harbor! 

This spacious deluxe vacation home features an expansive Great Room with an open floor plan and a two-story open ceiling with a wall of windows surrounding the gas fireplace.   At either end of the great room oversize glass sliders open to the pool, patio, and yard area.

The living area has two distinct seating areas; the first surrounding the fireplace and the 2nd a media area to one end of the great room

The chef’s kitchen features a large prep island with breakfast bar seating for 5. Not seen in the current photos is a professional double-wide refrigerator (on backorder).  The 5 burner gas range is sure to please the cooks in the family.  The kitchen opens to the dining area that seats 10 and is flanked by glass sliders to the pool area.  The side entry opens to a mudroom with a half bath to one side and a laundry center just off of the mudroom.

Additional living space can be enjoyed in the spacious lower level which hosts a media area with sectional sofa seating, ping pong area, mini kitchen area with beverage and wine refrigerators and sink, dining table, and a home gym area.  

Bedrooms include the Primary Bedroom with a King Bed, TV,  and a spa-like bath with tub and walk-in glass shower.  A 2nd primary with Queen Bed, TV, and a deluxe bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower is located on the 2nd Level.  Two additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd level include a bedroom with two single Trundle Beds sleeping 4 and a 4th bedroom with a Queen. These two bedrooms share a large jack & jill bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. All beds have high-end organic low VOC mattresses!

Walk to Edgartown village center with boutique shopping, fine and family dining, gourmet food shops, movie theatre, fine art galleries, and restaurants overlooking the harbor. South Beach is just a 5-minute drive from this home and State Beach with calm water swimming is a 10 minute drive from the house.
