Meticulously Maintained Classic Summer Home! Ideally located in the Heart of Katama, Beach in one Direction and Edgartown Village Center in the opposite direction

Location Location in the heart of Katama equidistant between Edgartown Village and South Beach. This beautiful home is tucked on beautifully landscaped acreage. The reverse contemporary design boasts private upper and lower decks off the back of the house for the ultimate in summer living. The entire property is privately situated bordered by a lush yard with great curb appeal and located just a 5-minute drive to the South Beach and approximately the same to the village area. The bike paths located just across from the end of the street provide bike touring or a direct line to the beach or town center if you prefer.

Iconic Edgartown village is sure to have something for everyone. Grand historic whaling homes line the side streets leading to Main St and the harbor front area is one of the prettiest on the east coast. Main street and the surrounding quaint business district feature a large selection of fine dining establishments, gourmet cafes, boutique shopping, movies, ice cream, galleries, and just a little up Main St are grocery stores, wine shops, and fish markets.
