This stunning newly updated contemporary beach home is just steps from South Beach, and even fewer steps to the bike path that leads to the beach and  2 miles to Edgartown village center. Spacious open floor plan with multiple indoor living spaces and a large chef's kitchen. The essence of summer vacation living is at the pool with bluestone patio. private tennis courts with basketball rim and numeroours sitting areas on the decks, and patio areas. 

A large wrap-around deck overlooks the pool, tennis, and yard areas. Multiple entertainment areas on the deck include a dining table for 8 with a gas grill, an outdoor living area and various other seating areas.  The deck also connects the main house to the separate studio/bedroom 5 with a half bath. There are stairs leading from the deck down to the pool and yard areas. The interior of this light-filled home boasts walls of glass sliders on both levels. Dine inside at the dining area that seats 10 or alfresco on the deck accessed from the kitchen and living areas.

Multiple living spaces inside include the first-level family room with comfortable sofa seating,  a 72" TV, and glass sliders leading out to the yard.  The 2nd level main living area also hosts seating around the media area and doors open to the deck.

A lovely primary bedroom is located on the 2nd level with King Bed, TV, a large luxury bath with dual vanities, and a glass walk-in shower. 

The first level hosts three bedrooms, a King Bedroom en suite with a TV.  On the opposite side two guest bedrooms, one with a queen, bunk beds & TV, and a third small bedroom with two extra-long single beds.  There is a shared bath just outside of both guest bedrooms. Additional guest quarters in the detached studio, with a king bed, and half bath and a private deck. Access to this spacious studio just steps across the 2nd level deck. 

Historic Edgartown Village center just a short drive from the house has many fine dining and family dining establishments, shops, galleries and supply stores, coffee shops, ice cream stores, and the picturesque Harborfront.
