The main living level features a great room with two spacious seating areas and glass sliders opening to the large deck area.  The TV area to one side of the great room opens to a delightful sun porch with water views, perfect for breakfast with a view. The main dining area distinctly divides the two sitting areas in the great room.  The spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances is open to the main living area. This level also hosts one of four bedrooms with a Queen bed and sliding doors that open to the deck area. There is a bath just across the hall from the 1st-floor bedroom 

The lower level hosts a family room with a TV that opens to the ground-level stone patio with a dining table. Bedroom 4 with two single beds and glass sliders is located on this level and there is a bath with a shower to one end.
