The perfect vacation home sits on a large lot with a beautifully landscaped private yard bordered by woodlands.  Bold Meadow is a lovely private enclave of homes on the outskirts of Edgartown. The village center and beaches are just a short drive from the house and bike paths that connect to miles of biking trails are just across the road from the entrance to Bold Meadow. 

The home features open main-level living with a spacious kitchen and dining area that seats 8 and opens onto the patio area with outdoor dining and grill area. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal prep and has stainless appliances. The attractive living area is centered around the TV and hosts a sectional sofa, two club chairs, and custom built-in bookcases. There are three bedrooms and 3.5 baths and the home sleeps 8.  There is a bonus area in the partially finished lower level with Sofa,TV and Foosball table. The Washer/Dryer are also ocated on the lower level. 

Two of the three bedrooms each with a bath are located on the 2nd level. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, TV, and a bath. The additional 2nd level guest bedroom has a queen & two singles and a private bath.  The first level bedroom hosts a king bed, TV and bath.
