Upon entering the foyer your will find a den/office area on your right with a TV and an entertainment room on your left with a pool table & TV.  A few steps forward and you are in the expansive and open great room with vaulted beamed ceilings. The main living area features sofa seating, TV, and French doors that open to the screened porch with seating and the pool/patio area beyond. Pool has 4 chaise lounge chairs & two patio umbrellas, additional seating under the pagoda pool side with couch, two chairs, and a coffee table.  

The great room, chef’s kitchen, dining area, and additional family room are all open to one another perfect for family and friends to gather.  The cook’s kitchen hosts a top of line appliances. stone counters, custom cabinetry, a large center island with seating, and overlooks the additional family room with TV to one side and the spacious dining area that seats 12.  Both the dining and family room areas open via French doors to the outside living spaces and pool. 

Sleeping quarters are located in a separate wing of the house. The downtown area of Edgartown is host to many fine restaurants, boutique shopping, and all manner of supply stores. Be sure to visit Katama General Store for beach supplies and delicious takeout and Morning Glory farm for fresh veggies, flower bouquets, fresh coffee tea, superb baked goods, bread cookies, pies, muffins, and various freshly baked daily.
