The spacious great room, with its post and beam cathedral ceiling and walls of glass doors, is the perfect place for gathering with family and friends. The central living area and chef's kitchen with an oversized island, custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, and breakfast bar that seats 4 make it perfect for entertaining, while the screened porch and outdoor living areas provide additional living spaces with breathtaking views of sunsets across the pool and on the opposite side of the house views Jennie's Cove on Watcha Pond.

Additional living spaces can be enjoyed on the screened porch with outdoor living area seating and overlooking the pool or in the study with TV, sofa and chair seating, and a desk area. 

The cozy separate guest house is just a stone's throw from the main house and hosts an open kitchen, dining and living area with TV, and bedroom #4 with a bath adjacent to the bedroom 

The primary suite is in a private wing of the house and hosts a study with TV, a King Bed, TV, and spacious spa-inspired bath.  Two additional guest bedrooms in the opposite wing of the house include a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath and a children's room with 3 single beds and a bath located adjacent to the children's room.

This serene location offers gorgeous sunset views off of the poolside of the house and lovely peaceful dappled water views on the pond side of what is known as Jennie's Cove on Watcha Pond, nature abounds in this truly magical & pristine location. It is a 10 to 20 - minute drive to public beaches, and the area towns of Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Vineyard Haven.  The closest beach is Long Point Beach on the South Shore a favorite with summer visitors.

West Tisbury Beaches: Beach Sticker to Lambert's Cove Beach on the North Shore a favorite with families is available at the town hall. Long Point Beach, managed by the Trustees of the Reservations on the south side, stickers are available by the day or the week.  Please inquire for information!  Additional public beaches, are State Beach perfect for families with young children, and South Beach Edgartown where there is a little more surf action. 

Note: Pond Access: The owner provides a kayak and a canoe! There is a path from the property to the waterfront on the pond. Additional kayaks and paddleboards can be rented and delivered to the property. The owners have to manage additional rentals for the rental guests and will need advanced notice.  Access to the pond is for rental guests at the home. Due to the sensitive nature of the area, additional visitors are not allowed to access the pond area.
