Luxurious new custom-built Katama area home with heated 14’ x 30’ pool. Ideally located just one mile to the village center and 1.5 miles to South Beach! Bike paths in front of the house lead to the beach and the village center. Multiple indoor & outdoor living spaces provide the best in summer vacation living. The pool area with a large bluestone patio surround features an outdoor dining table, gas grill, sofa and chair seating, and chaise lounge seating around the pool. 

The main living level offers a spacious open floor plan encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas with walls of glass sliders opening to the pool, patio dining, and large fenced yard.  The living area provides sofa and chair seating centered around the media area. The chef's kitchen hosts a large island with a breakfast bar seating for 4, a farm sink, quartz counters, a gas stove, an under-counter microwave, and an oversized refrigerator.
