Upon entering the 7,000 sq ft home, guests are welcomed by a strategically designed wall of windows that maximizes panoramic views of the meticulously manicured lawn, the infinity pool, and the vast Atlantic Ocean. Abundant natural light accentuates the oak floors, lofty ceilings, and meticulous attention to detail. The well-appointed sunken living room, complete with a TV and game table, seamlessly connects to a spacious dining area, both providing direct access to the expansive patio and screened-in porch.

The modern kitchen boasts cherry cabinets, a large center prep island, a separate butler's pantry, granite counters, and top-tier appliances from Sub Zero, Miele, Wolf, and Scotsman. Equipped with all the culinary essentials, it offers an ideal space for either the guest or a private chef to craft memorable meals. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the adjacent sitting area with a TV. 

A lengthy hallway leads to the primary suite, complete with a private study and fireplace. The study is perfect for post-dinner relaxation or attending to work-related matters while on vacation. The primary suite comprises a sleeping area with a King bed, and two separate bathrooms, the first featuring a dressing room, makeup counter, and walk-in closets. The second primary bathroom provides a walk-in closet, marble amenities, a full shower, private access to the outdoor shower set on a secluded deck with a sitting area, and views across the property to the Atlantic.  

Guest bedrooms are situated in the opposite wing of the home. The first guest room offers a king bed, and TV and accesses one of the two baths in this wing directly across from this bedroom. Two additional guest bedrooms share the 2nd hall bath in this wing.  Bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and the third features two sets of bunk beds. 

Additionally, the property includes a lovely two-bedroom guest cottage approximately 150 yards from the main house. The guest cottage offers a private deck, a living area centered around the TV, and a mini kitchen. Bedroom #5 has a double bed and shares the hall bath with bedroom #6 which hosts a queen bed. 

The pool is heated to 82 degrees in July and August and is inclusive of the rent during those months. In June and September, there is an additional heating surcharge of $350 per week, and in May and October (if the pool is open), the surcharge is $450 per week.

Outside lighting is minimal due to town of Chilmark regulations.
