Beautiful Oak Bluffs Home, 20 x 40 Heated Pool, 6 Bedrooms, 4 baths, Sleeps 14, Screened Porch, Multiple Living Spaces

Oak Bluffs vacation retreat with multiple indoor, and outdoor living and entertaining areas. The highlight of this spacious summer home is the heated Gunite pool with waterfall, bluestone patio, and expansive landscaped yard.

Entering the main level you are immediately greeted by the open family room with a vaulted ceiling, dining area, and modern kitchen with a center Island. The family room is centered around a large screen TV and the dining area opens via glass sliders to a deck and the lovely outdoor lounge areas, pool, and patio dining. The kitchen features double ovens, a built-in gas cooktop, a large French door refrigerator, and quartz counters.

The lower level media/game room hosts sectional sofa seating around the media area, a full-size pool table, a wet bar, and a half bath complete this entertainment area.

Four of the six bedrooms are in the main house. The first level hosts the primary bedroom with a King Bed, TV, large luxe bath, and a private door to the screened porch with outdoor living seating. The porch opens to the patio/pool area.  Three guest bedrooms on the 2nd level include two with queen beds and bedroom 4 has two singles. There is a shared bath centered between the 2nd level bedrooms. There is also a bath on the lower level just off the family room. 

The garage apartment features an open kitchen and living area with a TV, a bath, bedroom #5 with a queen bed, and bedroom #6 with two sets of bunk beds and a TV,  all on the 2nd level. This area is perfect for extended family members desiring a little extra space.

Note: the yard area is completely fenced in for privacy and the front of the house is nicely tucked behind a privacy hedge.  There is parking for up to 4 cars.
