Lovely Historic William St Home, Located just one block from Main St. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths

Beautifully renovated Greek Revival home (the Berkshire House) on historic William Street in Vineyard Haven.

This finely crafted home offers vacationing guests spacious living on three levels. The main level hosts a large living area with TV, multiple seating areas, and French doors opening to the deck overlooking the backyard area.  In addition, there is a separate family room on the main level with a TV. 

The large chef's kitchen is outfitted with a 6 burner professional gas stove, stainless appliances, marble counters, and a breakfast bar.  The lovely adjacent dining area comfortably seats 8 or if you prefer, there is seating on the deck for dining al fresco.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the 2nd level including the Primary Bedroom with King Bed, TV, and en suite bath. Two additional guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level each with a Queen bed and these rooms share a hall bath.  The third level is a large suite hosting a Queen bed at one end of this large space and two single beds at the opposite end and is en suite. 

Perfect in-town location, walk to shops, morning coffee, and public transportation nearby. Multiple public beaches and other towns are all a 10 to 20-minute drive.
