Tucked away on Spring St, the home is just a 1-minute walk to Main St Vineyard Haven with its lovely shops, movie theater, and multiple restaurants and just a 5-minute walk to the Ferry.  Bakeries, fish markets, and grocers are all just a short drive from this superb summer home. 

Upon entering you are greeted by a formal living room which opens into a family/TV room both beautifully furnished and decorated. The dining area is adjacent to the nicely equipped country kitchen which opens onto the patio area. The laundry center is just off the kitchen and there is a half bath on the first level.

The bedrooms include a spacious first-level primary bedroom en-suite with a King bed and TV.  Two additional lovely guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and share a bath. Bedroom 2 with a Queen Bed has a TV and bedroom 3 has a double and a single. bed

Multiple Beaches and the towns of Edgartown and Oak Bluffs are just a 10 to 15-minute drive from this lovely and charming home.
