This totally renovated house is designed to create the perfect Vineyard vacation.  Full AC, Wi-FI, and a Sonos home sound system are there for your enjoyment.  Restaurants, movies, shops, and galleries are just a stone’s throw away on Main Street, and scenic Owen Park with its beach on the harbor and pier is just across the street. 

There are four unique bedrooms (accommodating 6), three equipped with ceiling fans, and two and a half baths, The well-equipped kitchen recently updated is sure to please the cook's in the family. The cozy dining area seats 8. The spacious living area features two separate seating areas one focused around the tv. 

There are three outdoor spaces:  a wonderful second-level porch that runs across the front of the house, a private stone terrace in the back that offers ample seating and a grill deck, plus a cozy “breakfast patio” out the first level’s plank door to a bistro set -- the perfect spot to sip coffee and plan your day.

The lofty Primary Bedroom, with its many windows, is perched among the tree tops and includes a marble bath with a steam shower, double vanity, and an antique pedestal tub.  Thick, white designer towels abound within its closet.

The house is decorated with traditional furnishings and designer fabrics.  Many lovely Vineyard watercolor prints adorn the walls.  There is a full laundry room on the first floor with stacks of beach towels and separate access to the spacious outdoor shower and backyard.  A brick driveway provides off-street parking for 2 cars. The landscape is professionally maintained and abounds with lovely, summer flowers.
