This lovely spacious home is tucked away in Island Grove just on the outskirts of Edgartown Village.  The outdoor living spaces include a heated pool with patio area, screened porch with sofa seating overlooking the pool, a large deck with patio dining and grill area overlooking the lovely private yard and pool area. The front of the house features a covered porch with a porch swing.  Lots of summer outdoor living areas for extended families!

The main living level features open living with TV,  kitchen with a large prep island, and dining area with glass sliders opening to the screened porch which overlooks the yard, deck, and pool. The main level is completed by a powder room and a large mudroom at the main entry.

The village center has something for everyone, extraordinary whaling homes line the storybook streets, all manner of family and fine dining, as well as gourmet food shops, boutique shopping, galleries, movies, and last but not least the picturesque harborfront area!
