Lovely Contemporary Home, Quiet Location in Pond View, Private Back Yard, Porch & Deck

Lovely 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home situated in a quiet enclave of homes known as Pond View and just 2.5 miles to the center of Oak Bluffs. The towns of Edgartown and Vineyard Haven and multiple beaches are all easily accessible.  Set on a large lot, this vacation home offers indoor-outdoor living spaces surrounded by a private yard area.  There is a deck with patio dining with seating for 4 off the back of the house and a shady porch with Adirondack Chairs at the front of the home.  

The main level offers open concept living with a more formal living area and an adjacent family room with a TV. The kitchen is spacious with ample counter space, a small breakfast bar to one end, and is outfitted nicely for meal preparation. There is a lovely, spacious dining area that seats 6 just off of the kitchen where all can enjoy mealtime together. Completing the first level is a powder room.

Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and include the primary with a King Bed, TV, and window AC.  Two additional guest bedrooms share the 2nd level hall bath and include a bedroom with a Queen Bed & TV, and a children's/teen room with 2 Single Beds, and a TV.

Renters do need to provide their own sheets & towels or they can be rented and delivered to the home.
