The Beach House  There are few homes anywhere on the island directly on a sandy swimming beach like Beach House. If you love a sunset, and water views that seemingly never end, you have a front-row seat. The primary bedroom with bath and window AC is located on the first level. The three additional guest bedrooms in the main house are located on the 2nd level and share a bath.  Bedroom 5 is in the detached guest suite, has a bath and window AC. This bedroom is just 20 steps across the dining deck area from the house.

Access to this home is via a 1/2 mile of unpaved gravel road. 

Vineyard Haven town center is just two miles from the house where you find will shops, restaurants, galleries, grocery and supply stores. 15 to 20 minute drive to the town centers of Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
