Waterfront & Beachfront

The Beach House  There are few homes anywhere on the island directly on a sandy swimming beach like Beach House. If you love a sunset, and water views that seemingly never end, you have a front-row seat. This classic, casual home is impeccably maintained and offers 5 bedroom, 3 baths, and has a newly renovated kitchen not seen in the current photo gallery. There is a large wraparound deck as seen in the photos with multiple seating areas (sunny and shady areas) and a deck dining area. Waterfront, Beachfront, Views from every room!

The first level hosts the newly updated kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a large living area with multiple seating areas, spectacular views, and opens to the large wraparound deck.

The primary bedroom with bath and window AC is located on the first level. The three additional guest bedrooms in the main house are located on the 2nd level and share a bath.  Bedroom 5 is in the detached guest suite, has a bath and window AC. This bedroom is just 20 steps across the dining deck area from the house.

Access to this home is via a 1/2 mile of unpaved gravel road. 

Vineyard Haven town center is just two miles from the house where you find will shops, restaurants, galleries, grocery and supply stores. 15 to 20 minute drive to the town centers of Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
