Spacious home with private heated pool & hot tub, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located providing easy access to beaches and towns.  The pool, patio area, deck, & pool bar with TV, provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors when not at the beach or out exploring the island. 

Families  & friends will enjoy the large open living, kitchen, and dining areas which flow seamlessly via glass sliders to the outdoor entertainment areas.  The main level features two living areas each with a tv plus an overflow sleeping room off of the living area with trundle beds. There is a powder room on this level.  The lower level hosts a family/TV/game room providing additional living space. 

The well-equipped kitchen features a uniquely styled center island and is open to the living areas on two sides.  The dining area seats 8 and overlooks the pool/patio areas.  The outdoor dining and grill area provides an optional gathering space for meals. 

Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bath & TV. Two additional bedrooms include a bedroom with a queen, and bedroom  # 3 with a single bed and children's bunk bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the hall bath! 

As you enter the location where this home is located you will pass the Alpaca farm and gift shop.  Family members of all ages, especially children will enjoy visiting the very friendly, adorable alpacas.  The towns of Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, and Edgartown are all just a short car ride from this home,- 10 to 15 minutes.  Multiple beautiful public beaches along the North & South Shores are easily accessible.  Town centers each with their unique characteristics, offer harborfront areas, dining -family to gourmet, boutique shops, galleries, grocers, hardware stores, theaters, libraries, and more. Bike paths are easily accessible at the entry to this area and lead to connecting touring trails.
