Charming & Cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home, West Chop area of Vineyard Haven, Located on a Quiet Street & Close to Town & Beach

Ideally located in the West Chop woods area of Vineyard Haven, just 1 mile to town center and the business district, and a 10 to 15-minute drive to various public beaches!  This spacious two-bedroom home-away-from-home is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, activities, golf, and public tennis courts.  For those who love to walk or bike, West  Chop is a beautiful area to explore right outside your door.

This spacious but cozy home features hardwood and tile floors throughout, exposed post and beam construction, a small deck off the back of the home, and a picnic table and grill area in the private backyard. Bordered by woodlands and set on a ½ acre there is a a good deal of privacy for those wishing for some quiet time away from the action.

The main level hosts open living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living area with L-shaped sofa and chair seating is centered around a smart TV with access to all streaming devices. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with a gas stove,  and the adjacent dining area seats 4 by a bay window and opens to the back deck and yard areas.  The first level also plays host to a guest bedroom with two single beds and AC, and a hall bath with with shower and laundry center.

The  2nd level oversized primary suite under gabled ceilings with AC, primary bath and a cozy reading nook occupies the entire the 2nd level.  The primary bedroom has a queen bed and desk built into a dormer for those who might need a  little workspace.
