Two additional bedrooms are located above the carriage house and have a private entrance from the outside, about 20 steps off the back patio. There is a large bedroom with a King bed and a TV. The 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed is off the main bedroom. Guests have to walk into the King bedroom to access the Queen bedroom.  Each of these bedrooms has direct access to the shared bath. 

Walk, bike,  or drive to South Beach, and only a 7-minute drive to Edgartown Village with boutique shops, galleries, a movie theater, and a host of gourmet restaurants.
