Luxurious new home featuring a 16 x 32' heated pool, 3 feet to 8 feet in depth, lovely outdoor living area with patio dining, and landscaped yard! The interior hosts multiple living spaces and all en suite bedrooms. This lovely vacation home is just a short walk from Oak Bluffs center, shops, restaurants, parks, and the beach area. 

Enter through the spacious mudroom with laundry center into the light-filled open living, kitchen, and dining areas. There is also a separate sitting area off of the kitchen with a smaller TV that closes off from the kitchen with a barn sliding door. There is a full bath with shower on this level as well as a great enclosed outside shower just to the side of the entry to the mudroom 

The main living space is focused around the TV area and its proximity to the dining and kitchen assure that all are able to enjoy time together.  The chef's kitchen features a center prep island with a breakfast bar that seats three, a gas range, custom cabinetry, and quartz counters.  The dining area with a farmhouse table nicely separates the kitchen from the living area and comfortably seats 6 to 7.  Additional living space is located in the lower level family room with a media area and half bath on this level.

Three beautifully furnished bedroom suites are located on the 2nd level. The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, TV, and bath.  A 2nd Primary Guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, and bath.  Bedroom #3 is a bunk room for teens and children and also has its own bath. Additional sleep space with a double trundle bed is located in the den just off of the kitchen.  A bath is located just outside of this area. 

Walk, bike, or drive to Oak Bluffs village area, harbor and beaches. The village offers family and fine dining, shops, grocer, supply stores, a beach, a harborfront and parks for your enjoyment beach, harbor. Farm Neck Golf and Tennis are a 5-minute drive from the house and multiple additional public beaches 10 to 15-minute drive.
